Title: White Radish Relish

Yield: 1 Servings

 1 cdaikon -- coarsely shredded
: (white Oriental radish)
 2 md green onions -- thinly
: sliced
 1 sm red chili pepper -- seeded,
: finely
: chopped
 2 TB rice vinegar
1 1/2 ts soy sauce
1 1/2 ts sugar
 1 ts canola oil
1/2 ts toasted sesame oil
1/4 ts salt

This relish has a real kick; serve it with Korean Barbecued Beef and other mild foods. Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over daikon mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 16 servings.
